Science contributions

For the development of the Oiconomy Standard, scientific research is required, especially to objectively determine the preventive costs of all types of unsustainability and to set a base for all supply chains by the determination of typical Sustainability Cost Units (SCU’s ) of all major raw materials. The University of Utrecht in the Netherlands is delivering a considerable contribution to the required knowledge with a student project, but more universities and other scientific institutes are invited to contribute to this unique chance to really change to a sustainable economy.
